Our PricingWe want to delight our customers and charge a very fair price for our services. Contact DatabaseYour contact database is your most valuable tool in building and maintaining your relationships with current and potential investors. Not only is it important to focus on 'growing' your list, it is fundamental your list stay clean and well-groomed. If your contact database has been cleaned and organized into an easily importable format before you send it to us, we will include the cost of setting the database up on our system in the per email campaign pricing. Going forward, we will maintain the master email database and will perform regular maintenance which includes: regular de-duping, disabling and re-categorizing bounced email addresses and contacts who unsubscribe. Please see the monthly cost of maintaining your database below. When you add new contacts to the database, we request you do so in v-card format, or in an Excel spreadsheet. If you supply new contacts in these formats, and they are not duplicates or large lists that need cleaning, we will include the integration of these new contacts in the contact database monthly maintenance fee. If your database needs to be cleaned and organized, we will need to meet with you and understand the scope of integrating it with our system before quoting a fair price. Business CardsWe offer business card processing which includes pick up, scanning and database integration. Once the process is complete, we will send the cards back to you along with an electronic copy of the contacts in a format that works well for you (eg: Excel, Access, PST). We charge a fee of $1.75 per card for this service. Prices assume:
